How will VoIP help me and my business?
VoIP will allow you and your business to better manage communication, both internally and with your clients and customers. By making full use of the features on offer from our packages you are able to use, manage and co-ordinate telephone, fax and voicemail communications much more effectively and at the same time reducing your costs.
What do I need to set up VoIP ?
All you need is an internet connection.
How many calls can my account handle?
Unlimited. Our state of the art data centers will manage any number of calls to your account.
How good will the sound quality be?
Because we are using the latest and greatest technology to manage and control your account there is no reduction in sound quality.
Does my computer need to be turned on to use?
Because your account is web based you do not need to have a computer switched on all the time. The calls are routed to either your landline number or your cell phone from our cloud based system. You will need a computer with an Internet connection to configure and manage your online account.
Can I call any numbers using?
Yes, you can call any number using our services. However you will be paying much lower rates than you will have to with a traditional land-line.
Can anyone call ?
Yes, anyone will be able to call your number.
How reliable is the technology?
Our systems offer the most reliable telephony and communication services available today. You will never miss another important call.
Can I use Fax?
Yes, we have a range of fax services allowing you to receive any faxes straight to your email account as an attachment. You will also be able to send faxes straight from your email account and view or manage your old faxes via your online account.
