Call Management

Call management features are robust with many configurable options.
Users can route calls to any number to ensure they never miss a call.

An automatic attendant can be configured that routes in-bound callers, including those from Skype mobile, land-line, SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) faxes and more. Call routing can be set by recipient name or tele# extension. The automatic attendant can be set to prompt callers to press 1 for sales, 2 for customer support, etc. Automatic attendant can also transfer to a live operator.

The Call Recording service also records calls and e-mails them.
Music on hold can also be configured so callers that are placed on hold will hear music of your choice; even implement marketing loops to inform callers more about your business, special promotions and more.

The call management is virtually endless in the ability to enhance, automate and streamline all of your communication needs.
